About the Sauna
Our Facilities
We offer Finnish style, wood-fired sauna rooms, a large outdoor hot tub, and a heated swimming pool in a secluded, clothing-optional setting. Nestled in the Maine woods, this healing retreat has warmly welcomed a diverse community of guests from many different lifestyles since 1976. Open year round, we host many social gatherings and events throughout the year.
Saunas, Hot Tub and Pool
Community Sauna: $35 per person,
Semi Private Sauna: $40 per person.
For house guests use of community sauna, pool and hot tub are included with your room.
Evening saunas
Year round Wednesday through Sunday from 6pm-10pm in the evenings, we light the saunas and open the Hot tub and pool to our house guests, and those who join us for the evening.
We recommend making reservations for semi private sauna's so they are ready when you arrive.
Summer Quiet time
As weather permits daytime lawn use, at 5:00PM we transition from Day use to Evening sauna. In this hour the staff prepare to receive guests for the evening. If you are staying for the evening you will need to pay for the evening sauna by 5:00PM to remain on the lawn. This is also the perfect time to grab some food! If you are not staying for the evening, you will need to clear the lawn by 5:00PM!
Sauna Etiquette
We do not allow pets or illegal substances anywhere on the premises. Photography is strictly prohibited.
Alcohol, smoking, vaping and, the use of cameras, computers, tablets/iPads, and other mobile devices are not allowed anywhere in or near the sunbathing, pool, sauna, and/or hot tub areas. Smoking/vaping is permitted in designated areas only.

There are many day trips nearby you can visit during your stay, and some amazing places to eat. We are very near Route 1, the gateway to the Maine coast. Shop by day, and enjoy our clothing optional amenities at night!

Maine is blessed with a variety of dining options, the freshest Maine lobster available any way you like, comfort food, and whoopie pies!
Private Events and Closures
We are also available for private parties, and will post those dates on FB and on our events page. From time to time we may need to take one of our amenities offline for maintenance. Please check our list before scheduling a trip!
